UT Hillel kitchens, offering separate meat and dairy kitchens are now under the DK certification. They currently have kosher Shabbat meals on Friday night and Saturday lunch and meals during most major Jewish holidays. A caterer may rent the kitchen space for community events by contacting Rabbi Moshe Trepp of Austin on behalf of Dallas Kosher.
