It’s simple!

Kosher certification requires that an application containing
all products manufactured along with their ingredients be filled out and sent into our office. All information received
will of course be treated with total confidentiality.

Our experts will then analyze your ingredients to if there might be any kosher concerns. We then will schedule an initial inspection, where one of our trained Rabbis will visit your facility to be certain all the information that was submitted was accurate. In addition, he will check to see if there might be any other kosher concerns.

The Rabbi will write a report and submit it to our standards and pricing committees, which will determine if you qualify
for kosher certification. Upon approval, you will sign the annual contract for kosher certifications.
