A caterer that pays a fee to cook in the DK community kitchens and otherwise does not have a kosher kitchen) may rent the new DK Community Kitchens which are under DK supervision to cook for any personal or community event. To apply to be on this list of DK "Approved Caterers" call the DK office for details. The kitchens are located on the grounds of Ohr HaTorah at 6324 Churchill Way. One must make arrangements with Jeri at the DK to arrange for availability, fees, rentals and supervision.
